Schedule & Requirements

Please note: The program will not run in 2008. We'll be back in 2009.

By April 15th: Application Form [click here to download] Please remember to enclose deposit fee ($500) and health forms (see below)

By April 15: Evaluations. We require two written evaluations and two evaluators that can be reached by phone. The Evaluation Form for the written evaluations can be found in the Application Form. Please print the Evaluation Form twice and hand one to each of two evaluators (counselor and/or teacher(s)) asking them to please complete it on your behalf. In the Application Form there is a space to provide two evaluators’ phone numbers who have agreed to talk to us in case we call them.

By April 30: Interview. Candidates for admission will be interviewed by an innovationisrael staff member. You will hear about your admission’s status by this date.

We will start processing Applications by mid January. Admission will be offered as early as possible following the completion of the process.

Health & Medical Forms

Health Form [click here to download]. Have a parent/guardian fill out the health form, and have your doctor fill out the medical form. Send in these forms with your application. We will not process applications without health forms. Students should purchase adequate medical insurance valid in Israel.

 
Admissions Notification

Students will be notified about admission before April 30th, provided all the forms have been received. Students are responsible to follow up on their evaluators’ forms and to make sure evaluators mail the form to innovationisrael.
